Our relocation experience was totally stress free and managed by professionals. The packing was done with care, dispatch of container done promptly, and we were kept informed of the tracking process. Clearance with customs was smooth , and delivery from arrival at port was done within 2 days, at exactly the time stipulated. I will recommend them to everyone who wants a stress free experience. We booked our move from the UAE to Switzerland using ELL Worldwide Movers, based in UAE and Schmidt dealt with all of the shipments arrival to Rotterdam port, customs clearance and delivery. The communication throughout was excellent and they provided all paperwork to be filled out and ensured it was correct leading to a smooth customs clearance and the goods were delivered in time! Would thoroughly recommend Schmidt to others movers!

We used Schmidt for relocation from The Netherlands to Australia. To be honest we are super satisfied with them. Well priced and quick! Groepage container was quickly shipped and arrived to Sydney within 2 months. Their team was very professional and packaging team was super friendly and hard working! I was worried things will arrive broken as we have shipped a lot of ceramic and art works. But to be honest only one wooden bowl arrived cracked the rest was intact! Absolutely recommend!

Dedicated move managers are very helpful, providing prompt feedback and advice - very friendly at that! Good movers that arrived on the day, helped with unwrapping and helped move everything where I wanted it. Took all the wrapping boxes and plastic with them. Thank you.

We are extremely satisfied with the movers who handled our company relocation. They were fast, efficient, and proactive in thinking along with us throughout the entire process. The service was truly comprehensive—from packing everything for us at our old office to unpacking and placing the items in the right spots at the new location. Everything was perfectly taken care of because we were able to plan and coordinate everything in advance with the Move manager, and with the movers during the process. Highly recommended!

This company did an amazing job. My husband and I left the States in February, took six months to find a permanent home, and were kind of neurotic along the way about our stuff. We didn't move any furniture, but we did have 86 small and medium (and a few large) boxes full of stuff we wanted upon permanent relocation in a new country. Some stuff functional, some sentimental, some both. Every step of the way, every person was helpful, friendly, and professional. Nico and Julie at International Van Lines in Florida arranged the pickup, which went so smoothly (including last minute changes--they had to pack a couple more things--cost us no extra!) and were reassuring and patient with our many questions. Our stuff then headed to the Netherlands to Schmidt Global, where Bianca Olivier and Sarah van Ommeren kept in close touch (Sarah with invoices for our storage, Bianca with answering my 5000 questions and addressing a million concerns about "our stuff"). They were just the best! Bianca was so friendly and kind and endlessly helpful. She kept my mind at ease! Then Bianca gave us a date for once we moved into our home (pretty much exactly when we wanted it!), and the two young guys who delivered it were just as sweet and helpful and efficient (and STRONG) as we could hope for. Most everything arrived safely. A few things were broken (I did all my own packing, so what broke is on me), but overall, everything that left the US is now safely in Ireland. The company was very reasonably priced and everyone we interacted with was reassuring and kind and most knowledgeable. We never want to move again, especially to another country, but IF we did, these guys would be our company!

Outstanding service! We shipped a family antique door to door from Germany to California, and it was a breeze. No cost overruns, no delays, a minimal amount of paperwork, and best of all zero damage to an invaluable item. Fantastic communication too. Highly recommended.

We received the most impeccable service from the Pack and Load team, grateful for their professionalism, friendliness and problem-solving skills. On arrival the shuttle van could not make it up our steep driveway. The team arranged the rental of a van locally and the packing went ahead without a hitch. Throughout the experience, the team were calm, cool-headed, polite and hard-working They were respectful of our home and treasured belongings. Our items were carefully handed over to the Load Team who worked till late to finish the job. We are grateful to all the Pack and Load team who are incredible ambassadors for the company! The experience from our Sales Lead was exceptional and we felt he went out of his way to help us. He made commitments upfront which were delivered on by our Move Manager and Finance teams which is a testimony to the professionalism and integrity of everyone. One small thing is room for improvement on communications channels within Head Office, something which can be easily addressed and which we discussed with them. They were always friendly and responsive, but the response sometimes wasn't in sync with the outcome. Overall however we feel like everyone at Schmidt Global work as a family which is rare to find these days. This truly shone through in the care they provided to us. Shout outs to Dennie, Zenia & team, Laverne, Sarah and Elly. Highly recommend!
